Led by the research OnDevice mobile search company, the survey asked 320,000 smartphones and tablet users in six countries how they were satisfied with their devices. Among the 93,825 respondents in the United States, Motorola Atrix HD came out on top, followed by M Motorola Droid Razr, HTC Rezound 4G, and Samsung Galaxy Note has two, leaving the iPhone 5 in fifth place.
"Although Apple has created one of the most revolutionary devices in the last decade, other manufacturers have caught up with some Android devices now commanding higher levels of user satisfaction," On Device marketing research Manager Sarah Quinn said in a statement.
Apple has done better rate among 52,140 respondents in the UK, where he took second place behind HTC Samsung Galaxy Note X. 2 was No. 3 for user satisfaction, followed by the Galaxy Mini and the Galaxy S3 S3.Among full size rankings of overall satisfaction mobile device in the U.S., Apple has taken the first place. The survey reaches mobile users in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan and Indonesia.
Some of the results seem a little odd, especially as OnDevice research has not revealed all appliances included in the survey. Google was ranked second in satisfaction mobile device, but Google itself is not a real device manufacturer. And why Samsung is at the bottom of the list is a mystery satisfaction.
A spokesman for the research OnDevice been able to answer some questions. The survey was conducted via the mobile web software that the company was able to detect the user's device. Users were then asked to rate the level of satisfaction with their product on a scale of 1 to 10. Google has been listed satisfaction device because of its Nexus phones.
