Microsoft offers online help for Office 2013 users

Office 2013 users who need a helping hand can find a way Quick Start Guides for Microsoft.

Now available online, the nine guides offer advice on the use of each of the Office 2013 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, OneNote, Project, Visio, Publisher.

Each guide is packed in a PDF file that you can download or view online via Adobe Reader.

The guides provide screenshots and descriptions of new features and layouts in Office 2013. They also clue you in that this has changed in new applications compared to previous versions. As with any PDF file, you can zoom in on any page for a closer look and search for specific words and terms.

Office 2013 includes most of the same functionality as in previous editions. But after a more streamlined look and balance some options touch-friendly user-oriented tablet.
