Downrightnow.com, following the availability of the websites indicates that Twitter has been up and down for the last hours. A similar site, Isitdownrightnow.com shows that Twitter is currently in place, but it was noted earlier.
From my side, I was able to access the site intermittently refreshing, but felt by the whale certainly repeatedly.
A Twitter spokesperson confirmed to CNET that some people face problems of access and stated that the company will provide updates on the problem through its status page.
